She Speaks Spatial (SSS)

Generally being a female in a male dominated industry can really be a challenge. The same applies to the Geospatial industry. Geospatial ladies out there are facing various challenges, gender discrimination, limitations and at times abuse.

Lesser percentages excel whilst the rest are suppressed, discouraged and pushed back by the roaring lion – gender imbalance or gender gap issues.

A lot arises in the industry more than you can think of.

For your own information even our Geospatial lady students go through the same.

What to do?

How do we bridge the gap and keep ladies in this field flying higher and freely expressing themselves and exercising their full potentials?

As a young FEMALE in #Geospatial, be motivated

Submit Your Profile & Break the BIAS

We have created a Google-Form under the She Speaks Spatial initiative where young females can express themselves, their thoughts and speak out in a bid to stand out above the rest and outshine themselves.

Even women can make it in Geomatics. Let’s bridge the borders between and Break the BIAS.
