Unlock the World’s Secrets: Celebrate GIS Day with Us!

Why GIS Day?

Inspire the World through GIS

Celebrate GIS Day with us through our events as we bring together professionals, students and different organisations.

Share how GIS helps us analyze Earth’s information, informs decision-making, and creates a positive impact.

Showcase your achievements and promote real-world GIS applications.

Bring a colleague and inspire them to map the world a better place.

Show off the benefits of GIS

GIS touches people’s lives daily, yet many are still unaware of its power and pervasiveness. Invite others to see how you’re using GIS to understand the world and make better decisions.

Enlighten and nurture your community

GIS Day is a day dedicated to showing, teaching, and inspiring others. Spread the enthusiasm and help people learn how to use GIS for themselves—in their work, in their schools, where they volunteer, or even for their hobbies and interests.
