What have been some of your biggest accomplishments in your career?
Becoming the first female mine surveyor at the company am currently working and I hope to achieve and become a PhD graduate and researcher/consultant in Geoinformation applications for Remote Sensing
What challenges have you faced in your career and how have you overcome them?
Some men are not used to the idea of women being equal or ahead of them at work thus pass snide comments and sometimes actually do not assist you as they should . I personally overcame these by just showing them that we are all one big team working towards achieving the same goals and also having the hard talks about snide comments.

Go for it! The sky is the limit and no matter what challenges you face, remember every setback is a set up for a comeback!
