A Workshop on Agriculture and Food Security

African Regional Institute for Geospatial Information Science and Technology (AFRIGIST) in collaboration with Digital Earth Africa (DEA) is organizing a series of trainings addressing key challenges for Africa as per AU Agenda 2063 and UN agenda 2030 on SDGs.

The main themes of the training are the following:

  • Water resources and flood risk
  • agriculture and food security
  • land degradation and coastal erosion
  • urbanization
  • climate action in africa

This second training module will focus on Agriculture and Food Security and will come up on 30th and 31st May 2022 for the English session, and 1st to 2nd June 2022 for the French session.
