  1. I think survey fees, if its land surveying like Cada…the is a tariff of fees used. This tariff specifically points out charges as per area/size of land parcel should be charged. And this will required one to include tax equivalent of 14-15%. And this mean to say total charges include that tax rate n you expected to comply with Zimra taxing
